摘要: 水性聚氨酯出于其安全无毒、物理性能优异且耐化学腐蚀等优点而应用于各大领域,但由于水性聚氨酯易燃烧导致其应用范围剧减,因此对其进行阻燃改性迫在眉睫。本文阐述了关于水性聚氨酯的分类以及发展现状,对常用的本征型阻燃剂与复合型阻燃剂进行分类介绍,并且重点介绍了这两类阻燃剂对水性聚氨酯改性后的阻燃效果实例及其阻燃机理和优缺点。最后对阻燃水性聚氨酯的改性方向进行初步展望以及阻燃水性聚氨酯目前存在的缺陷提供一个解决方向。

Abstract: Waterborne polyurethane is widely used in many fields because of its safety, non-toxic, excellent physical properties and chemical corrosion resistance. However, due to its easy combustion, its application scope is greatly reduced, so it is urgent to carry out flame retardant modification. This paper describes the classification and development status of waterborne polyurethane, introduces the common intrinsic flame retardants and composite flame retardants, and focuses on the examples of flame retardant effect, flame retardant mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of flame retardants on waterborne polyurethane. Finally, the modification direction of fire-retardant waterborne polyurethane is prospected and the defects of the waterborne polyurethane are provided.
