3D打印技术在聚氨酯合成革中的应用研究

摘要: 中国作为聚氨酯合成革生产的世界级工厂,其加工制造能力不仅关系到整个聚氨酯合成革市场的安全与稳定,同时还决定着聚氨酯合成革的整体工艺水平及成品质量。考虑到当前生产工艺的局限性,研究基于3D打印技术的聚氨酯合成革加工工艺将为其生产制造的智能化、现代化奠定基础,并为后续高性能产品的制备做出有益尝试。本文通过对聚氨酯合成革加工中3D打印技术的应用进行分析,围绕关键工艺技术,总结并指出了3D打印技术潜在的应用方向,进而对聚氨酯行业发展趋势做了设想。

Abstract: As a world-class factory for polyurethane synthetic leather (PSL), the processing and manufacturing capacity ?not only affects the safety and stability of the whole polyurethane synthetic leather market, but also determines the overall process level and product quality of polyurethane synthetic leather, in China. Considering the limitations of the current production process, it is meaningful to research the novel processing technology of polyurethane synthetic leather based on the 3D printing technology. It can lay a foundation for its intelligent and modern production, and meanwhile make a beneficial attempt for the subsequent preparation of high-performance products. Thus, the application of 3D printing technology in polyurethane synthetic leather has been discussed, firstly. Then, the potential application of 3D printing is summarized and finally the development trend is also envisaged in this paper.
