摘要: 介绍了在鞋类设计领域中常见的五种3D打印技术原理、工艺种类和特点;比较了各类3D工艺的优势与不足;阐述了3D打印技术在鞋类设计的风格、鞋楦具、邦面、鞋底、五金配件、特殊功能中的运用;探索了3D打印技术在鞋类设计中的发展趋势;提出3D技术将促进鞋类设计往数字化、个性化、智能化、网络化方向发展的观点。

Abstract: This article introduces the different principles, process methods, and characteristics of several common 3D printing technologies in the field of footwear design and production; compares the types and properties of raw materials, advantages and disadvantages of various 3D processes, and the application in footwear design; analyzes the specific application of 3D printing technology in footwear design style, footwear tree, abrasive tools, upper, sole, hardware accessories, and special functions; explores the development trend of 3D printing technology in footwear design and production; proposes that 3D technology will promote the development of footwear design towards the direction of digitization, personalization, intelligentization, greenization, and networkization.
