摘要: 水性聚氨酯是以水替代有机溶剂作为分散介质的一类聚氨酯材料,具有很好的环保性,通过对其自修复功能化可以赋予水性聚氨酯更长的使用寿命和更为多样的应用性能。文章综述了近些年基于动态共价键和动态非共价键自修复水性聚氨酯的研究进展,重点介绍了其在皮革涂饰和功能材料领域的应用,并展望了该材料研究发展的方向。

Abstract: Waterborne polyurethane, with an excellent environment-friendly, is a kind of polyurethane material which uses water instead of organic solvent as dispersion medium. With self-healing functionalization, waterborne polyurethane can be given a longer service life and more diverse application properties. This article reviews the research progress of self-healing waterborne polyurethane constructed based on dynamic covalent bonds and dynamic non-covalent bonds in recent years and mainly introduces the applications in leather coating and functional materials. Meanwhile, some research and development direction of the self-healing waterborne polyurethane material is discussed.
