摘要: 随着新型制造技术的发展,传统制造工艺迎来了新的机遇与挑战。温州洞头贝雕是典型的非物质文化遗产,具有悠久的历史,鲜明的工艺特色与艺术价值,但因材料、技术人才及创新不足等多种原因而受到制约。基于3D打印逐层印制的技术优势及其后处理的便捷性,通过一系列贝雕工艺模拟实验与设计实践,对贝雕艺术细节、表层肌理及装配工艺进行创新性模拟;并立足于当前市场需求,探讨非遗文化与时尚鞋履产品的结合空间及发展趋势。

Abstract: As new manufacturing technologies forge ahead, traditional crafts, though embracing opportunities, are facing new challenges. As one of Chinese typical intangible cultural heritages, the shell carving craft in Dongtou, a county of Wenzhou City in China’s eastern Zhejiang province, has a long history, distinctive technological features and high artistic value, but it is facing development restrictions because of many reasons such as lack of raw materials, skilled personnel and innovation. By virtue of the technical advantages of 3D printing’s layer-by-layer printing and convenience in post-processing, this paper innovatively simulated the artistic details, surface texture and assembly process of shell carving art through a series of simulation experiments and design practices. Based on the current market demand, this essay also discussed the development space and trend of integrating elements of this intangible cultural heritage into fashionable footwear design.
