“零缝纫”在鞋靴设计中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Zero-Sewing in Footwear Design

摘要: 随着制鞋业的发展、环境保护需求的攀升以及消费环境的多元化,鞋靴设计需关注产品研发的全流程,外观设计与工艺创新应协同并进。文章以探索新的鞋靴制作方式为目标,对“零缝纫”连接方式进行调研,开展帮面连接实验与帮底结合实验,得到易操作、可落地的连接结构与制作方法,并通过一系列产品设计与实物制作,验证了零缝纫技术创新应用于鞋品设计和制鞋工艺的创新性与可行性:其用户参与设计的形式实现了鞋靴的个性化表达,拓宽了鞋靴的使用场景及功能属性;其模块化的结构满足鞋靴部件的局部替换,有效实现了环境友好型设计。

Abstract: With the development of footwear industry, the increasing demand for environmental protection and the diversification of the consumption environment, footwear design should focus on the whole process of product development, and the appearance design and process innovation should work in tandem. In order to explore a new way of shoemaking, this paper investigated the "zero-sewing" connection method, conducted the experiments of upper connection and sole-upper combination, and obtained a connection structure and method that is easy to operate and can be landed. The innovative and feasible application of the zero-sewing technology in footwear design and production was demonstrated through a series of product design and practical manufacture. Its form of user participation could realize the personalized expression and broaden the usage scenarios and functional attributes; its modular structure could meet the partial replacement and effectively realize the environmental-friendly design.
