Research on the Application of 4D Printing Technology in Leather Goods Design

摘要: 从4D打印技术概念出发,概述4D打印定义和发展历程,介绍4D打印与3D打印技术特征;从4D打印智能材料的种类及激励方式角度阐述4D打印应用前景,深入分析4D打印技术在皮革制品设计上的应用优势。最后,运用4D打印技术在皮鞋鞋底、鞋面和PU泳装装饰上进行设计案例研究,并对4D打印箱包研究方向提出展望。

Abstract: Starting from the concept of 4D printing technology, this paper summarized the definition and development process of 4D printing, and introduced the characteristics of 4D printing and 3D printing technologies. The application prospect of 4D printing was elaborated from the perspective of the types and incentive methods of intelligent materials for 4D printing, and the application advantages of 4D printing technology in leather goods design were then deeply analyzed. Finally, a case study was conducted on the use of 4D printing technology in leather shoe soles, upper and PU swimwear decoration, and the prospect for the research direction of 4D printing bag was proposed.
