皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸二异己酯的检测方法

Detection Method of Diisohexyl Phthalate in Leather Products

摘要: 采用超声萃取辅助气质联用法测定皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸二异己酯的含量。该方法以正己烷为溶剂,在50 ℃下超声萃取皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸二异己酯,然后进行气质联用仪分析,采用外标法定量。实验表明,在1~50 mg/L范围内,方法检出限为25 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为96%~102%,相对标准偏差RSD<2.0%(n=8)。该方法适用于皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸二异己酯的测定。

Abstract: The content of diisohexyl phthalate in leather products was determined by ultrasonic extraction-assisted gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Using n-hexane as the solvent, the ultrasonic treatment was conducted at 50 ℃ to extract diisohexyl phthalate from leather products. The GC-MS analysis was then carried out, and the quantitative tests were conducted by external standard method. Results show that, when the range of determination was 1~50 mg/L, the quantitation limit of diisohexyl phthalate was 25 mg/kg, and the spiked average recoveries ranged from 96% to 102%, while the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 2% (n = 8). The present method is suitable for the determination of diisohexyl phthalate in leather products.
