橡胶制品中3种N-亚硝基胺类物质假阳性的鉴别

False Positive Identification of Three N-nitrosoamines in Rubber Products

摘要: 建立了液相色谱法和液质联用法鉴别3种N-亚硝基胺类物质的分析方法。结果表明:液相色谱法的加标回收率为96.7%~103.7%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~5.4%,方法检出限为0.14~0.43 mg/kg;液质联用法的加标回收率为98.1%~106.4%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~4.2%,方法检出限为0.10~0.46 mg/kg,测定结果准确可靠,可满足橡胶制品及鞋类产品中N-亚硝基胺类物质的准确检测。

Abstract: An analytical method for the identification of three N-nitrosamines by HPLC and LC-MS/MS was established. The results showed that the recovery rate of the HPLC method ranged from 96.7% to 103.7%, the relative standard deviation was 2.3%-5.4%, and the detection limit was 0.14-0.43 mg/kg. As for the LC-MS/MS method, the recovery rate, relative standard deviation, and detection limit were 98.1%-106.4%, 2.2%-4.2%, and 0.10-0.46 mg/kg, respectively. The determination results are accurate and reliable, and can meet the accurate detection of N-nitrosoamines in rubber and footwear products.
