液相色谱法测定鞋类产品中的六种邻苯二甲酸酯

Determination of Six Phthalates in Footwear by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 建立了液相色谱法测定鞋类产品中六种邻苯二甲酸酯的分析方法,优化了仪器分析条件。结果表明:方法线性范围10~100 μg/mL,方法检出限为1.87~8.92 mg/kg,加标回收率为90.5%~97.7%,相对标准偏差3.8%~6.9%。液相色谱法与气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定样品中的六种邻苯二甲酸酯相对偏差为1.6%~5.4%。本方法无需内标物,仪器分析时间短,重复性好,结果可靠,适用于鞋类产品中六种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。

Abstract: A HPLC method was established for the determination of six phthalates in footwear products, and the analytical conditions were optimized. The results showed that the linear range of the method is 10-100 μg/mL, the limit of detection were 1.87-8.92 mg/kg, the recoveries were 90.5%-97.7%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.8%-6.9%. The relative deviations of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the simultaneous determination of six phthalates in samples ranged from 1.6% to 5.4%. The method is suitable for the detection of 6 phthalates in footwear products with no internal standard, short instrumental time, good repeatability and reliable results.
