高效液相色谱法测定鞋类产品中合成材料的苯酚和双酚A

HPLC Determination of Phenol and Bisphenol A in Synthetic Materials for Footwear

摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法测定鞋用合成材料中苯酚和双酚A的分析方法,以甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取法提取鞋用合成材料中的苯酚和双酚A,优化了仪器分析条件和样品前处理条件。结果表明:方法线性范围0.1~5.0 μg/mL,检出限为0.4~3.6 mg/kg,加标回收率为92.4%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~6.9%。市售80批次鞋用合成材料样品中共有10批次检出苯酚或双酚A(检出率12.5%),苯酚和双酚A的引入途径可能为聚氯乙烯和聚氨酯加工过程中使用的抗氧剂、稳定剂和增塑剂。本方法操作简便、分析快速,适用于鞋用合成材料中苯酚和双酚A的检测。

Abstract: A HPLC analytical method was established for the determination of phenol and bisphenol A in synthetic materials for footwear. Methanol was used as the extraction solvent and the ultrasonic extraction was adopted to extract phenol and bisphenol A in synthetic materials, and the conditions of instrument analysis and sample pretreatment were optimized. The results showed that the linear range of the method was 0.1-5.0 μg/mL; the detection limit was 0.4-3.6 mg/kg; the adding standard recoveries ranged from 92.4% to 99.6%, and the relative standard deviation was at the range of 3.1%-6.9%. Phenol or bisphenol A was detected in 10 of 80 batches of commercial synthetic material samples for footwear, and the detection rate was 12.5%. The possible introduction routes of phenol and bisphenol A are antioxidants, stabilizers and plasticizers used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane. This method is easy to operate and fast to analyze and is suitable for the detection of phenol and bisphenol A in synthetic materials for footwear.
