摘要: 采用气质联用法测定鞋类材料中2-苯基-2-丙醇的含量。该方法以叔丁基甲醚为溶剂,在室温下超声提取鞋类材料中2-苯基-2-丙醇,然后进行气质联用仪分析,采用外标法定量。实验表明,在0.05~10 mg/L范围内,定量限为1.0 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为90%~102%,相对标准偏差RSD<4.0%(n=6)。该方法准确,适用于鞋类材料中2-苯基-2-丙醇的测定。

Abstract: The content of 2-phenyl-2-propanol in footwear materials was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Using methyl t-butyl ether as the solvent, ultrasonic treatment was conducted at room temperature to extract 2-phenyl-2-propanol from footwear materials. The GC-MS analysis was then carried out, and the quantitative tests were conducted by external standard method. Results show that, when the range of determination was 0.05~10 mg/L, the quantitation limit of 2-phenyl-2-propanol was 1.0 mg/kg, and the spiked average recoveries ranged from 90% to 102%, while the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 4.0% (n = 6). The present method is accurate and suitable for the determination of 2-phenyl-2-propanol in footwear materials.
