气质联用法测定皮革中持久性污染物全氟辛烷磺酰基化合物

Testing Persistent Pollutant from Perfluorooctane Sulfonyl Compounds in Leather by GC-MS

摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪建立了一种测定皮革中持久性污染物全氟辛烷磺酸及其钾盐(PFOS)、全氟辛烷磺酰胺(PFOSA)总量的方法。将不能直接进样检测的PFOS与四丁基氢氧化铵反应生成对应的铵盐,在仪器进样口位置高温裂解为全氟辛烷磺酸丁酯,能够与PFOSA同时进行检测。优选出了最佳样品前处理方式、样品成盐及衍生条件、仪器工作参数条件等。此方法检测限可达0.14 mg/kg,多次测定平均回收率在89.52%~99.16%之间,且重复性好。

Abstract: One method for determining the total amount of persistent pollutants perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its potassium salts (PFOS) and perfluorooctane sulfonamide (PFOSA) in leather was established by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. PFOS can not be directly detected. It can react with tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide to generate corresponding ammonium salt, which was pyrolyzed into perfluorooctane sulfonate butyl ester at the position of the injection port of the instrument. Then the perfluorooctane sulfonate butyl ester and PFOSA can be simultaneously detected. The optimal sample pretreatment method, sample salification and derivatization conditions, and instrument working parameter conditions were optimized. The detection limit of this method is 0.14 mg/kg. The average recovery rate of is 89.52%- 99.16%, and the repeatability is good.
