层状复合氢氧化物在制革工业中的应用探讨

Layered Double Hydroxides and their Application in Leather Industry

摘要: 制革工业是指以动物皮为原材料,经过一系列物理和化学加工生产皮革的产业。传统铬鞣法虽赋予皮革优异的综合性能,但仍存在处理含铬废弃物的环境压力。层状复合氢氧化物(LDHs)是一类由带负电荷的阴离子和带正电荷的金属氢氧化物所构成的层状化合物,具有酸碱性、可调控性、热稳定性和结构记忆效应。文章对LDHs纳米材料的结构及性质进行介绍,并对其在制革工业中作为鞣制材料、复鞣材料、加脂助剂、染色助剂、功能涂饰材料和水处理材料等方面的应用进行了综述。

Abstract: The tanning industry refers to the industry of using animal skins as raw materials to produce leather products through a series of physical and chemical treatments. Although traditional chrome tanning method gives leather excellent comprehensive properties, there is still environmental pressure to treat chromium-containing wastes. Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are a class of layered compounds consisting of negatively charged anions and positively charged metal hydroxides. They have acid-base property and the characteristics of easy modification, thermal stability and structural memory effects. This article introduced the structure and properties of LDHs nanomaterials and reviewed their applications as tanning materials, retanning materials, fatliquoring auxiliaries, dyeing auxiliaries, functional coating materials and water treatment materials in the tanning industry.
