皮革中乙醛与化学品材料相关性研究

Correlation Between Acetaldehyde and Leather Chemicals in Leather

摘要: 根据吹扫技术建立了皮坯及皮革化学品材料中乙醛含量的测定方法,基于该方法,考察了皮革化学品材料中乙醛与皮革生产工序的皮坯内乙醛含量的相关性,对皮革中的乙醛进行溯源。结果表明,所筛选的皮革化学品材料中浸水助剂和脱脂剂中乙醛含量明显,该材料应用于生皮加工后,所得到的皮坯中乙醛含量增加。进一步对浸水助剂和脱脂剂中主要成分聚氧乙烯醚类物质AEO和PEG系列产品的检测表明,聚合度较低的AEO-3和PEG200产品中乙醛含量显著。实验结果证实了部分聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂是皮革中乙醛的主要源头之一。

Abstract: The correlation between leather chemicals and acetaldehyde in leather was evaluated through a test method based on purge-and-trap technique, and the trace-to-source of acetaldehyde in leather was investigated. The results indicated that content of acetaldehyde in soaking auxiliary and degreasing agent was obvious, and the content of acetaldehyde increased after the material was used in raw leather processing. The further test on the ethoxylated compounds as AEO and PEG, which are the main ingredients in immersion auxiliaries and degreaser, revealed that AEO-3 and PEG2000 with low degree of polymerization exhibited obvious acetaldehyde contents. The results showed that some ethoxylated compounds in leather chemicals were one of the main sources of acetaldehyde in leather.
