汽车座椅PVC革耐磨性影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Abrasion Resistance of PVC Artificial Leather for Automobile Seat

摘要:

介绍了汽车座椅用PVC革的基本配方及性能。基于汽车座椅PVC革,采用试验原理不同的Taber磨损和Martindale磨损两种试验方法,研究了纹理大小、耐磨助剂的含量、增塑剂的种类及含量对PVC革耐磨性的影响,并采用磨损前后外观变化、质量变化及光泽变化对其进行表征。结果表明,细纹理有助于提升PVC革的耐磨性;氟硅耐磨助剂添加量在7%以内能明显提升PVC革耐磨性,超过7%后会使耐磨性降低;增塑剂含量相同条件下,采用增塑剂911的PVC革耐磨性优于DPHP,基于汽车革配方,增塑剂含量增加时,PVC革的耐磨性会略微降低。

Abstract:

This article briefly introduces the basic formula and performance of PVC artificial leather for car seats. Two test methodologies which differs in test principle. Taber abrasion and Martindale abrasion were referred to article to study the performance of PVC. The research test investigated the influence of grain size, wear-resistant auxiliaries, plasticizer type and content on the abrasion resistance of PVC.In the same time, it characterized the PVC by the appearance, quality and gloss change before and after the test of abrasion. The research demonstrated that the fine grain helps to improve the abrasion resistance of PVC artificial leather.The addition of F-Si resin wear-resistant auxiliaries significantly improves the abrasion resistance of PVC artificial leather within 7%, and restrained when the percentage is above 7%.Under the condition of the plasticizer of same content, the abrasion resistance of PVC with the plasticizer of 911 is better than that of DPHP, however, with the increase of plasticizer, the abrasion of PVC will be slightly lowered.
