摘要:

作为涉及人身安全的项目之一,防滑性能对于鞋类产品而言至关重要。本文对50批儿童橡塑拖鞋产品进行鞋底主成分定性和防滑试验。并结合摩擦理论对防滑性能的影响因素进行了分析。结合防滑性不佳可导致伤害的严重程度和风险可能性分级对不同材质的儿童橡塑拖鞋防滑性安全风险进行评估,最终将EVA材质拖鞋防滑性风险等级评定为“低风险”。

Abstract:

As one of the key factors concerning personal safety, slip resistance performance is critical to footwear. In this paper, 50-batche children's rubber and plastic slipper samples were chosen for sole main components qualitative analysis and anti-slip test. The factors affecting on slip resistance performance were analyzed based on friction theory. Combined with the injury severity and risk possibility classification, the safety risk level of children's rubber and plastic slippers was assessed and EVA slippers slip resistance safety risk level is finally assessed as ‘low risk’.
