摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在“双创”及“大力发展文化创意产业”的战略背景下,就目前高校皮革设计类人才培养现状与不足进行分析,结合皮革产品设计专业创新人才培养目标和培养优势, 从人才培养体系、课程与教学模式、师资与教学方法、实践模式以及保障体制等五个方面提出改革方法及意见并进行论证和探讨,重构了皮革产品设计创新人才培养生态体系。

关键词: 创新创业, 皮革产品设计, 人才培养, 生态体系

Abstract: Under the strategic background of "innovation and entrepreneurship " and " vigorously developing cultural and creative industries", this paper analyzed the shortage of the cultivation of leather product design student in colleges. Then according to the innovative training goals and cultivate advantages of leather product design students, the article put forward and discussed the reformed suggestions from training system, curriculum model, teachers and teaching methods, practice and guarantee system. Finally, the ecological system of cultivating innovative talents for leather product design was reconstructed. The ecological system of cultivating innovative talents for leather product design is reconstructed.
