植物质“类皮革”复合材料的制作及应用展望

摘要: 从对环境友好的角度以及在食品果丹皮的制作过程中得到启发,将生活中产生的果皮等素食废料通过物理与化学的方式进行处理,尝试制作易于生物降解的植物质“类皮革”复合材料。通过调整材料配方和改进制作过程,对材料的基本性能和外观进行测试评估,发现这种植物质 “类皮革”材料在厚度、外观以及强度等性能上能够达到制作服饰产品的最基本要求。虽然现阶段植物质复合材料在强度、湿热稳定性等性能指标上仍无法与真皮相比,但其环保易降解性与性能可改进性在一定程度上为丰富“类皮革”材料增加了可能性。

Abstract: From the perspective of sustainability and inspired by the production principle of food fruit peel, the vegetarian waste such as fruit peel produced in daily life was treated in physical and chemical ways to produce biodegradable vegetable "leather-like" composites. By modulating the formula and production process, this kind of vegetable "leather-like" materials can meet the basic requirements for making fashion accessories in terms of thickness, appearance, and strength. Although plant-based composites still cannot compare to genuine leather in many aspects at this stage, their environmental friendliness, biodegradability, and performance modification have improved the possibility of enriching "leather-like" materials to a certain extent.
