Technology for Snake Leather Making with Nature Color

摘要: 为保留蛇皮的天然色彩以加工高档蛇皮皮革,本研究以蟒蛇皮和菜花蛇蛇皮的组织学结构为基础,结合制革化学的相关理论,开发了本色蛇皮加工工艺。本论文从蛇皮组织学特性、工艺论证和工艺实践三方面阐述了本色蛇皮加工工艺的特点。本研究将为加工和生产尽可能保留有天然色彩和特征的蛇皮革提供理论和实践参考。

Abstract: In order to retain the color of snake skins to manufacture high quality leather, the historical of Python bivittatus skin and Elaphe carinata skin were reviewed at first, and then the leather making technology for making snake leather with nature color was developed based on the theories of leather making chemistry. In this work, the historical structure of snake skins, leather making technology analysis and making proccess were demonstrated in detail. The work would provide theoretical and practical references for manufacturing snake leathers with nature color and characters.
