水性聚氨酯的无溶剂法合成与性能研究

摘要: 以聚醚胺D2000、聚丙二醇PPG2000、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,采用无溶剂法制备了高脲基含量的水性聚氨酯,考察了合成路线、D2000含量对预聚体黏度和水性聚氨酯性能的影响。结果表明:采用D2000和PPG2000同时加入以及催化剂后添加的方式,得到的水性聚氨酯具有最低的预聚体黏度和最佳的综合性能。当软段中D2000含量为60%时,拉伸强度、100%模量、剥离强度较未加D2000的水性聚氨酯分别提高了39.8%、25.5%、51.8%,溶胀率和断裂伸长率分别降低了52.6%、31.3%。该研究为水性聚氨酯的无溶剂法合成以及聚醚胺在水性聚氨酯改性中的应用提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract: A series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)with high ureido group content were prepared by the solvent-free method using polyetheramine D2000, polypropylene glycol (PPG) 2000, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as the main raw materials. The effects of synthesis route and D2000 content on the viscosity of the prepolymer and the property of the resulting WPU were investigated. The results demonstrated that the WPU obtained by the simultaneous addition of D2000 and PPG2000 and post-addition of catalyst had the lowest prepolymer viscosity and the best comprehensive performance.Meanwhile, comparing with WPU without D2000, the tensile strength, 100% modulus, peel strength and solvent resistance of WPU containing 60% D2000 were increased by 39.8%, 25.5% and 51.8%, respectively, while its swelling ratio and elongation at break were decreased by 52.6% and31.3%, respectively. The present effort may provide guidance for the solvent-free synthesis of WPU and the application of polyetheramines in the modification of WPU.
