人工革生产废水处理及回收利用现状

摘要: 我国人工革企业均对生产废水中的DMF进行精馏回收,部分企业对生产废水进行回用,但整体废水回用率不高,对废水中的其他有效成分未能回收。根据各工段产生废水的水质水量差异,可通过多种有效成分进行回收、工序串联优化利用、对废水分类分质预处理、末端处理水回用等方式进行综合利用。在当前的生产实际中,DMF以外的其他有用溶剂的回收还鲜有工程验证,末端处理水还只能回用于某些特定工段,其他综合利用方法则可以在生产中直接应用。随着环保要求日趋严格和处理技术的进一步发展,生态型人工革产品的研发、人工革工业废水的多种有效成分回收以及末端处理水的深度回用,将成为行业水资源优化使用的发展趋势。

Abstract: DMF rectification of synthetic wastewater has been widely used and some factories recycle production wastewater, but the overall recycling rate is still low.Other effective constituents in wastewater has not been recycled. According to the difference in quality and quantity of wastewater produced in each production processes, comprehensive utilization of wastewater can be carried out by recycling various effective ingredients, optimizing the production process, pretreatment or reusing of terminal treatment water. In the current production practice, the recovery of other useful solvents other than DMF is rarely verified by engineering application. The end treated water can only be used for some specific sections, and other comprehensive measures can be directly applied in production. With the increasingly strict environmental requirements and technology development, the research and development of ecological synthetic leather products, the recovery of various effective components in wastewater and wastewater reclamation will be the trend for water resources optimization of synthetic leather.
