制革企业节能诊断实例研究

摘要: 在双碳目标指引下,实施企业节能诊断已成为皮革行业绿色转型的重要手段。以某牛皮革生产企业开展节能诊断为实例,重点分析了企业的生产工艺、能源利用、能源效率和能源管理状况,提出冷凝水余热利用、配电系统改造、更换高效用能设备、节能管理优化等诊断建议。通过梳理制革企业节能诊断实践中的经验做法,为该行业推行节能诊断、解决行业绿色转型过程中的共性难题和企业个性发展需求,提供可参考的技术实践。

Abstract: Under the guidance of the dual carbon target, energy-saving diagnosis has become an important means for leather industry to achieve green and high-quality development. Taking a cattle leather production enterprise as an example, this paper carried out the energy-saving diagnosis in which the focus was played on the analysis of production process, energy utilization, energy efficiency and energy management of this enterprise, and putted forward diagnosis suggestions such as the waste heat utilization of condensate water, the transformation of power distribution system, the replacement of high energy-consumption equipment, and the optimization of energy conservation management. By combing the experience and practice of energy-saving diagnosis in leather enterprises, this paper provided referential technical practice for leather industry to promote energy-saving diagnosis, solve common problems in the green transformation process of leather industry, and meet the individual development needs of leather enterprises.
