TWS鞣剂在浸酸与不浸酸体系下鞣制性能研究

摘要: 以黄牛酸皮为实验对象,研究TWS鞣剂在常规浸酸和不浸酸两种鞣制体系下的鞣制性能,采用坯革的收缩温度、纤维微观形貌分析、粒面粗糙度分析、TG-DSC分析以及力学性能测试等实验和分析手段,考察鞣制工艺技术条件变化对鞣制效果的影响,并评断在两种鞣制体系下TWS鞣剂鞣制性能的差异性。实验结果表明:在两种鞣制体系中,工艺技术条件变化对鞣制效果的影响规律具有高度的一致性,TWS鞣剂用量6%为宜,鞣制渗透时间为240 min,鞣制提碱终点pH控制在7.5,两种坯革收缩温度均可达85 ℃以上;两种鞣制体系下TWS鞣制坯革的粒面饱满性和毛孔清晰程度基本接近,同时相应坯革的热稳定性和力学性能也相近。因此,不浸酸体系的TWS鞣制工艺方法完全可以达到常规浸酸鞣制体系的效果,应用于工业生产中避免了中性盐的使用,降低了制革过程盐污染,对TWS鞣剂清洁化制革技术的推广与应用具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract: In this paper, based on yellow cattle pickled hide as experimental object, the tanning performance of TWS tanning agent in two tanning systems, conventional pickling and non-pickling, was studied. By means of experiments and analysis, such as shrinkage temperature of crust leather, fiber morphology analysis, grain roughness analysis, TG-DSC analysis and physical and mechanical properties test, the influence of technical conditions of tanning process on tanning effect was investigated, and the difference of tanning performance of TWS tanning agent in two tanning systems was evaluated. The experimental results showed that, in the two tanning systems, the influence of technological conditions on the tanning effect is highly consistent. The best dosage of TWS tanning agent is 6%, and the tanning penetration time is 240 min, and the pH at the end of tanning alkali extraction is controlled to be 7.5. The shrinkage temperature of leather can reach above 85 ℃. The grain plumpness and pore clarity of TWS tanned leather under the two tanning systems are basically similar, and the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the corresponding leather are also similar. Therefore, the TWS tanning process without pickling system can completely achieve the effect of conventional pickling tanning system, which avoids the use of neutral salt in industrial production and reduces salt pollution in tanning process, and has certain theoretical guiding significance for the popularization and application of clean tanning technology with TWS tanning agent.
