“95”后大一新生协同教育模式探索——以四川大学轻化工程专业学生为例

摘要: “95”后大一新生受经济和社会高速发展、网络广泛普及、社会不良风气和西方思想入侵等影响,他们思想多元化、个性张扬化,行为和价值取向呈现出新特点。同时,轻化工程专业新生面对无所适从的学校环境、纷繁复杂的社会行业环境以及集万宠于一身的家庭环境,对大学学习生活有诸多不适应。为帮助“95”后轻化工程专业大一新生尽快适应大学生活,必须遵循其个性特征与教育规律,充分发挥学校教育系统的主体作用、社会教育系统的激励作用与家庭教育系统的协同作用,以协同教育模式实现“95”后大一新生的大学学习生活转变。

Abstract: The freshmen after "95" were influenced by the rapid development of economy and society, the wide spread of the internet, the unhealthy social atmosphere and the invasion of western ideas. Their thoughts were diversified, their personalities were publicized, and their behavior and value orientation showed new characteristics. At the same time, the freshmen of light chemical engineering are confronted with the unsuitable school environment, the complicated social environment and the family environment, which are all in one. They are not suitable for the study and life of the university. In order to help freshmen of light chemical engineering to adapt to university life as soon as possible after "95", we must follow their personality characteristics and educational laws, give full play to the main role of the school education system, the incentive role of the social education system and the synergistic reaction of the family education system, and realize the transformation of university learning and life of freshmen after "95" through the synergistic education model.
