隔膜对电-Fenton法模拟制革染色废水降解率影响

Effect of Membrane on Degradation Rate of Simulated Leather Dyestuff Wastewater by Electric-Fenton Method

摘要: 实验比较了传统Fenton法,有阴、阳离子膜和无隔膜的电-Fenton法处理模拟制革染色废水的降解效果,通过测定染色废水COD和色度去除率判定最佳处理方式。结果表明:以石墨为阴阳两极的电解槽中,在Na2SO4存在下,无隔膜电-Fenton对甲基红染料的COD去除率20min能达93.41%,高于有隔膜时最高的89.79%;色度去除率达100%,高于Fenton法的98.70%,是一种高效节能的制革染色废水处理方式。

Abstract: The experiment compared the effect of traditional Fenton method and electric-Fenton method with or without membrane on the treatment of simulated leather dyeing wastewater.The best treatment method was determined by measuring the COD and chrominance removal rate of dyeing wastewater.The results showed that in the electrolytic cell with graphite as the anode and the cathode,in the presence of Na2SO4, the COD removal rate of the dyestuff with non-diaphragm electric-Fenton for 20 min could reach 93.4%,which is higher than the highest 89.79% in diaphragmm;and the chrominance removal rate was 100%,which is higher than 98.70% of the Fenton method.It was an efficient and energy-saving way to treat leather dyeing wastewater.
