毛皮荧光染料染色废水处理初步研究

摘要: 采用Fe2+/H2O2体系和荧光消除剂对毛皮荧光染料染色废水处理条件和脱色效果进行了对比分析,并考察了处理条件对Cr3+ 转化Cr6+的影响。试验结果表明:1)Fe2+/H2O2体系在处理条件为温度50 ℃,pH=3,FeSO4·7H2O/H2O2=2 mg/3 mL下脱色效果好,并且不会使废液中的三价铬转化为六价铬;2)荧光消除剂在处理条件为温度50 ℃,pH=3下脱色效果好,但其使废液中的三价铬转化为六价铬。

Abstract: The treatment conditions and decoloring effect of Fe2+ /H2O2 system and fluorescent elimination agent were compared, and the influence of treatment conditions on the conversion of Cr3+ to Cr6+ was also investigated. The results show that: 1) the decoloring rate of Fe2+ /H2O2 system is good with the temperature of 50 ℃, pH = 3, FeSO4·7H2O/ H2O2 = 2 mg/3 mL, and it is unable to turn trivalent chromium into hexavalent chromium; 2) the decoloring rate of fluorescent elimination agent is fine with the temperature of 50 ℃, pH = 3, but it can turn trivalent chromium into hexavalent chromium.
