超纤革用不定岛LDPE/PA6纤维生产工艺流程的研究

Study on the Production Process of LDPE/PA6 Blend Fibers for Microfiber Leather

摘要: 不定岛低密度聚乙烯/锦纶6(LDPE/PA6)短纤维生产有两种共混纺丝工艺流程:一种是纺丝和牵伸同时完成的一步法生产工艺流程;另一种是先纺丝成型,然后集束、牵伸的两步法生产工艺流程。对比一步法和两步法的共混纺丝流程,在相近的纺丝工艺条件下,两步法的岛相分布更均匀,岛相数目多;在相同牵伸倍数条件下,两步法的纤维结晶度高,力学性能更高。在纺丝工艺可控性方面,两步法的纤维品质可控性好,生产流程更有效、灵活,对于规模大的超纤革生产厂家,建议采用两步法的生产工艺流程。

Abstract: There are two types of blended spinning processes for the production of low-density polyethylene/nylon 6 (LDPE/PA6) staple fibers. One is a one-step method in which both spinning and drawing are done simultaneously, and the other is a two-step method in which the fibers are formed by spinning first, and then the next process of cluster and draft is adopted. This work compared the two co-blended spinning processes of LDPE/PA6 fibers. Under similar spinning process conditions, the two-step method had a more uniform distribution of island phases and a larger number of island phases. Under the same drafting ratio, the two-step method resulted in the higher crystallinity and mechanical properties of the fibers. In terms of spinning process controllability, the two-step method had good fiber quality controllability, and the production process was more effective and flexible. For large-scale microfiber leather manufacturers, it is recommended to adopt the two-step production process.
