合成革工业的绿色制造路径探索

摘要: 合成革产品可广泛应用于家具、服装、汽车等领域,随着我国经济的高速发展,工业和民用领域的合成革消费需求日益增长。同时,合成革工业作为我国的传统制造行业,面临着需求增长和环保政策趋严的双重压力。绿色制造作为一种可持续的,协调供应需求、环境影响、资源效率等多方面因素的现代化发展模式,也成为合成革工业可持续发展的有效解决方案。本文结合合成革工业绿色制造的发展现状,对合成革生产企业绿色制造的实现路径进行了探索。关键词:合成革;绿色制造;实现路径

Abstract: Synthetic leather products can be widely used in furniture, clothing, automobile and other fields. With the rapid economic development of China, the demand of synthetic leather for industrial and civil applications is increasing. Meanwhile, as a traditional manufacturing industry in China, synthetic leather industry is facing the double pressure of increasing demand and increasingly stringent environmental protection policy. Green manufacturing, as a sustainable modern development mode that can coordinate supply demand, environmental impact, resource efficiency and other related factors, has become an effective solution for the sustainable development of synthetic leather industry. By analyzing the development status of synthetic leather industry, this paper explores the realization paths for manufactures to implement green manufacturing in synthetic leather industry.
