摘要: 对车用绒面超纤革制造与质量现状进行了总结,对车用绒面超纤革质量指标、工艺流程进行了介绍;详细阐述了绒面超纤革的产品特点,重点从绒感、挥发性有机化合物、力学性能、色牢度4个方面进行了介绍。面对产品制造与质量中存在的问题提出了改善方案。 最后,对我国的绒面超纤革未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper summarized the present manufacture and quality of suede microfiber leather (SML) for vehicles introduced the quality indexes and process flow of SML, and described in detail the product characteristics of SML. The focus was played on four aspects of velvet feeling, volatile organic compounds, mechanical properties, and color fastness. To address the problems existing in SML manufacture and quality, the possible solutions were proposed. Finally, the future development trend of SML in China was prospected.
