摘要: 鞋底是各类案件现场常见的一类物证,鞋底材料的检验也是法庭科学的一项重要研究课题,感官法、燃烧法、溶剂法等传统方法已不再适用于如今的鉴定需求。诸如红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪、扫描电镜/能谱仪、X射线荧光光谱仪等现代分析仪器的使用,以及与之相结合的化学计量学分析,能够快速、准确地检验鞋底材料并进行区分。了解和掌握常见鞋底材料的种类以及检验研究进展,对公安基层实际办案具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Sole is a kind of physical evidence which shows up in various criminal scene, and the inspection of sole materials is becoming an important research program for forensic science. Traditional analysis methods such as the sensory method, the combustion method and the solvent are no longer suitable for identification needs now. The use of modern analytical instruments such as Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman spectrometry, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, combined with chemometrics enables rapid and accurate inspection of sole materials and differentiation. Understanding and mastering the types of sole materials and the progress of research would guide the police to solve problems related to it.
