摘要: 根据QB/T 4547-2021《皮鞋防寒性能技术条件》标准,对当前防寒皮鞋产品在耐低温屈挠方面的质量进行分析。该标准根据仿生力学原理,模拟人在寒冷天气中行走的实际情况,对皮鞋低温屈挠性能进行更加全面的考察。选取代表性的防寒皮鞋样品进行整鞋低温屈挠性能测试,从使用对象、帮面材料、鞋底材料等多个维度,对皮鞋产品低温屈挠性能进行分析。

Abstract: The quality of the current cold-resistant leather shoes in terms of low temperature flexure resistance was analyzed according to the standard QB/T 4547-2021 "Technical specification for cold-proof performance of leather shoes". According to the principle of biomimetic mechanics, the standard simulated the actual situation of human walking in cold weather, and made a more comprehensive investigation on the low temperature flexure performance of leather shoes. Representative samples of cold-resistant leather shoes were selected to test their whole-shoe low-temperature flexibility, and the low-temperature flexibility was analyzed from the aspects of use object, upper materials, sole materials, and so on.
