运动鞋鞋底性能要求及形态设计研究

Research on Performance Requirements and Shape Design of Sports Shoes Sole

摘要: 以“鞋底设计”为研究切入点,探讨了不同运动类别的运动特征对鞋底的性能要求。同时以篮球运动为例,分析了篮球运动中脚底各部位的受力情况及对篮球鞋鞋底的性能要求,并根据性能要求提出篮球鞋鞋底设计的应对方案。研究表明:前掌心部位在运动扭转时容易发生侧滑现象,可通过设计鞋底花纹、吸盘、防滑块等增强抓地能力;鞋底跖趾关节易发生开胶现象,可采用外墙“内凹弧线”、“分割式”、“补强式”三种设计方法解决开胶问题;鞋跟外侧磨耗多于内侧,可通过在鞋底后跟部位两侧分别使用耐磨等级不同的材料予以解决。

Abstract: This paper discusses the performance requirements of different sports characteristics on the soles, which takes "sole design" as the research point. Taking basketball as an example, the force condition and performance requirements of foot was analyzed and applied in the the design of basketball soles. The analysis shows that the forefoot is prone to side-slip when the movement is twisted, and the gripping ability can be enhanced by designing the sole pattern, sucker, and anti-slip block; the metatarsophalangeal joint is prone to open glue, and the outer wall "inner concave arc" can be used. The three design methods of "line", "split" and "reinforced" are alleviated. The abrasion resistance is required to be higher in the outer side of the heel than the inner side, which can be solved by using different materials of abrasion resistance on both sides of the heel in the sole.
