Abstract: Under the background of "double high" construction, this paper puts forward "DMOC" teaching mode aiming at the problems of weariness and low teaching efficiency of Leather Handmade course in Polytechnic art colleges. Research explores "DMOC" teaching mode on the course of "handmade leather goods design and technology" in Shanghai Arts &design academy in order to improve students' autonomous learning ability and teaching effect, combining with online teaching resources.Results demonstrate the effects of "DMOC" teaching mode. It's positive to improve the teaching quality of "handmade leather design and technology" course, provide practical theoretical reference and practical guidance, achieve the requirements of the school for talent training objectives, and cultivate high-quality application-oriented skilled talents.
