甲基磺酸浸酸-蒙囿-铬鞣体系在牛皮家具革工艺中的应用

Application of Methanesulfonic Acid Pickling-Masking Tanning System in Chrome Tanned Leather for Furniturein

摘要: 研究了甲基磺酸浸酸-蒙囿-铬鞣体系在牛皮沙发革制革工艺中的应用效果,并与常规工艺进行了比较。结果表明,在铬鞣过程中,控制常规浸酸(3.0)pH及铬鞣用量时,甲基磺酸浸酸-蒙囿体系能有效促进铬在皮内的渗透、提高铬与动物皮胶原的反应速率及结合牢度,使铬鞣过程中铬吸收率由常规工艺的74.5%提高到91.9%,铬鞣废液残留铬浓度由1076.7 mg/L降低到342.3 mg/L,显著提高了蓝湿革内各层的铬含量,并降低了鞣后湿加工工序中的铬释放浓度,能实现铬高吸收、高固定。

Abstract: The application of methanesulfonic acid pickling-masking-chrome tanning system in the sofa leather processing was investigated and compared with the conventional technology. The results showed that methanesulfonic acid pickling-masking-chrome tanning system can effectively promote the chromium penetration, and increase the reaction rate and fastness between chromium and hide collagen by controlling the pickling pH 3.0 and the dosage of chromium during chrome tanning. Therefore, the chromium absorbability increased from 74.5% in the conventional process to around 91.9%, and the residual Cr concentration in effluent of chrome tanning decreased from 1076.7 mg/L to 372.3 mg/L. As a result, this system significantly increased the chromium content in each layer of wet blue leather and reduced the chromium release in wet processing after tanning, thus achieving high absorption and high fixation of chromium.
