无甲醛双氰胺及三聚氰胺树脂功能表征

Functional Characterization of Formaldehyde-free Dicyandiamide and Melamine Resin

摘要: 采用无水合成方法将三聚氯氰分别与双氰胺、三聚氰胺聚合得到水溶性白色粉末状复合物的氨基树脂。将两种氨基树脂分别应用于牛皮主鞣和复鞣之中,发现三聚氰胺树脂具有较好的鞣性,成革状况良好。两种树脂用于复鞣对减少铬鞣废液中的铬含量有积极作用,并且使皮革拥有良好的物理力学性能。

Abstract: Two kinds of the amino-resin with white and soluble powdery complexes were synthesized by the polymerization of melamine or dicyandiamide with cyanuric chloride without water. Two kinds of amino resins were applied to tanning of cow skins, respectively. Melamine resin has higher tanning power to meet well the leather characteristics. The application of the two resins to retanning had positive effects on reducing the chromium content in the waste liquor of chrome tanning and Good physical and mechanical properties.
