基于干法制备胶合再生革的湿特性探索

Study on Wet Characteristics of Latex Bonded Regenerated Leather based on Dry-processed

摘要: 本研究以铬鞣牛皮废弃革屑为原材料,以天然高氨橡胶胶乳为胶粘剂,模拟开炼热压工艺,制备再生革板材,探索制备过程中物料比及热压条件对板材表面润湿性和吸水性的影响。研究发现:再生革板的接触角(90°~150°)与施胶量相关性小,与施水比呈线性正相关,与热压温度、热压压力呈正相关,与热压时间呈显著负相关,再生革板为表面润湿性较低的疏水性材料。

Abstract: The regenerated leather (RL) was prepared by hot-pressing method. During the processing, the abandoned cow leather shavings after chrome tanning were used as raw materials, the natural high ammonia latex 60% DRC(HA) was used as adhesive, and the effects of material ratio and hot-pressing conditions on the surface wettability and water absorption of RL were studied. It found: The contact angle of RL(90°-150°)had little correlation with the sizing amount, had a linear positive correlation with the water consumption, a positive correlation with the hot-pressing temperature and pressure, and a significant negative correlation with the hot-pressing time, the RL was a hydrophobic material with low surface wettability.
