三嗪类鞣剂的无水合成与鞣性研究

Anhydrous Synthesis and Tanning Property of Triazine Tanning Agent

摘要: 以三聚氯氰为原料,引入对氨基苯磺酸来接枝改性,在无水状态下,通过机械力活化作用来合成无铬鞣剂。对鞣剂接枝后的结构进行表征,分析了鞣剂的合成过程与产物结构。对合成鞣剂的鞣性进行检验,发现合成产物具有鞣性,与儿茶素配合使用成革既柔软丰满,又具有良好的强度。因此,该鞣剂可望作为一种生产白湿革的无铬鞣剂。

Abstract: A chromium-free tanning agent was synthesized by means of mechanical force activation in anhydrous state using cyanuric chloride as raw material and p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid as graft modifier. The grafted structure of the tanning agent was characterized, and the synthesis process and product structure of the tanning agent were analyzed. The tanning property of the tanning agent was tested, and it was found that the synthetic product exhibited tanning property. When the tanning agent was used in combination with catechin, the resulting leather exhibited the soft and plump performance, and good strength. Therefore, the tanning agent is expected to be used as a chrome-free tanning agent for production of wet white.
