胶原-PVA凝胶的土壤团粒特征研究

摘要: 将胶原蛋白与PVA合成为凝胶,进行土壤团粒的凝胶化造粒,简称GS。与单纯胶原蛋白、单纯PVA以及纯水土壤团粒进行吸水、保湿及土壤保墒的对比实验。结果表明:GS团粒保湿性能最佳,24 h团粒吸水膨胀,粒径增长率为18.0%,吸水率为142.1%。用GS团粒与纯水团粒进行土壤保墒对比发现,无论在保温还是保湿显示了明显的效果。

Abstract: A gel synthesized from collagen and PVA, called GS, used for the preparation of soil aggregates. Compared GS with simple collagen soil aggregates(CS), simple PVA soil aggregates((PS) and pure water soil aggregates(SS), the experiments of water absorption, moisturizing and soil moisture conservation were carried out. The results showed that GS aggregates had the best water retention performance, the grain size growth rate was 18.0%, and the water absorption rate was 142.1% after soaking in water for 24 hours. The soil moisture conservation was compared with that of GS and SS. It was found that the effect of soil moisture conservation and heat preservation was obvious when covered with GS.
