摘要: 本研究以具有吸附能力的羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和聚丙烯酸(PAA)为亲水性链,以Al~(3+)为物理交联中心,采用一锅法制备了对Cr(Ⅲ)具有良好吸附性能的水凝胶。此水凝胶为可逆的物理交联结构,具有很好的溶胀能力,最大能达4814%的溶胀率。这种能力可以充分暴露吸附活性位置并加速铬离子在水凝胶中的扩散速度,从而增强其对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附能力,在特定条件下,此水凝胶的吸附容量最高能达到80.3 mg/g。此研究为皮革工业处理含铬污水提供了新的思路。

Abstract: In this work, hydrogel for Cr ( ) adsorption has been prepared in a simple one -pot method using carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) as hydrophilic chains crosslinked by Al3+ . The swelling rate of such hydrogel have achieved 4814%. These characteristics can facilitate the exposure active site and increase the diffusion rate of chromium ions and make the hydrogel show high adsorbability to chromium ion. The adsorption capacity of our hydrogel achieved 80.3 mg/g in a special condition. This strategy opens a new avenue to dispose chrome wastewater from tanneries.
