气相色谱柱对皮革中VOCs鉴别结果的影响研究

Influence of Capillary Gas Chromatographic Column on the Identification of Volatile Organic Compounds in Leather

摘要: 基于顶空-气相色谱/质谱仪,考察了三种不同极性的毛细管气相色谱柱对皮革中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分离效果,并对各色谱峰对应的物质进行了鉴别。结果表明,不同极性的色谱柱所得到的VOCs色谱图差别明显,极性色谱柱DB-WAX所得到的VOCs种类相对较多,弱极性色谱柱DB-5ms所得到的VOCs种类相对较少。实验结果证实了皮革散发出的VOCs包括了从极性至非极性的系列小分子物质。鉴别结果证明了如下组分的存在:(1)醛,如己醛、庚醛、辛醛、壬醛、苯甲醛,(2)醇,如丁醇、戊醇、异辛醇,(3)烷烃,如正十五烷、正十六烷、正十七烷,(4)溶剂,如乙二醇丁醚、醋酸异辛酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯等物质。

Abstract: The separation and identification of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in leather by different capillary gas chromatographic columns were investigated based on headspace combined gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (HS-GC/MS). The results indicated that the chromatograms obtained by various columns were significantly different. The category and quantity of VOCs obtained with polar column DB-WAX were relatively higher than that obtained with the weak-polar column DB-5ms. VOCs in leather include various substances with molecular characteristics from polarity to non-polarity. The identification results presented that the emitted components consisted of (1) aldehydes such as hexenal, heptanal, octanal, nonanal and benzaldehyde, (2) alcohols such as butanol, amyl-alcohol and iso-octanol, (3) alkanes such as n-pentadecane, n-hexadecane and n-heptadecane, (4) solvents such as ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, isooctyl acetate, dimethylformamide and butoxyethyl acetate.
