Abstract: In order to understand the current situation, research hotspots and research trends of plantar pressure research in China, the literature related to plantar pressure published and published on China Knowledge Network from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2020 was used as the research object. And the bibliometric and knowledge mapping method were used as the research method, and CiteSpace was used as the analysis tool to visualize and analyze the literature related to plantar pressure in China. The results show that the research on plantar pressure in China is increasing year by year; the core authors and core institutions co-exist with sparse cooperation and have not yet formed an academic community; the research hotspots have shifted from functional needs at the beginning to physiological perception and finally to intelligent pursuit. Through the visual analysis of 1287 documents, it can be predicted that gait, plantar pressure distribution, customized orthopedic insoles and intelligent wearable will be the future research trends and research hotspots.
