Determination of 24 Pesticides in Leather by GC- MS

摘要: 建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定皮革中24种农药含量的内标定量法。优化了提取溶剂、提取方式、提取温度和提取时间等前处理条件和仪器分析测试条件。结果表明,24种农药残留的检出限在0.02~0.10 mg/kg之间,回收率在72.4%~131.6%。相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)范围为1.84%~11.46%。该方法简单,准确,稳定可靠,适用于皮革及皮革制品中24种农药的检测。

Abstract: A internal quantitatively analytical method for the determination of 24 pesticides in leather by GC-MS was established. The extraction solvent, extraction method, extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized. The results showed that the detection limits of 24 pesticide residues ranged from 0.02 mg/kg to 0.10 mg/kg, and the recoveries ranged from 72.4% to 131.6%. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=6) ranged from 1.84% to 11.46%. The present method is simple, accurate, stable and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of 24 pesticides in leather and leather products.
