儿童机能鞋鞋垫跟杯高度与腰窝结构对行走稳定性的影响

The Influence of Heel Cup Height and Arch Support Structure of Children’s Functional Insoles on Walking Stability

摘要: 鞋垫跟杯和腰窝处的结构对行走稳定性有重要影响,然而市面上很多儿童机能鞋鞋垫的设计存在缺陷。目前国内外的研究中,并没有专门针对儿童鞋垫跟杯高度以及腰窝结构对行走稳定性进行系统性研究,因此本文希望能够通过实验测试给出鞋垫跟杯高度和腰窝结构对儿童行走稳定性的具体影响。本实验测试了14名儿童在穿着不同跟杯高度、不同腰窝结构的鞋垫时足底压力中心运动轨迹,通过计算压力中心轨迹在X方向(侧向)和Y方向(前后方向)的相对偏移量Dxrel,Dyrel,相对运动距离Lx、Ly和相对平均速度Vxrel,Vyrel来评估行走时的稳定性。实验结果表明,跟杯高度和腰窝结构的变化,对儿童行走时侧向(X方向)的稳定性有显著影响,而对前后方向(Y方向)的稳定性则几乎没有影响。跟杯高度增加,侧向稳定性降低;而腰窝填充高度增加,侧向稳定性也增加。为了提高稳定性,机能鞋鞋垫的跟杯高度应选定在2~7 mm之间,腰窝填充高度应选定在1/2~3/4腰窝高度之间。本实验为儿童机能鞋鞋垫的设计提供了科学的参考依据。

Abstract: Heel cup height and arch support structure of insole have a great impact on walking stability, while many defects were found in the design of functional insoles for children on the market. By now, few studies systematically investigated the influence of heel cup height and arch support structure of children’s functional insoles on walking stability. Therefore, this article aimed to study the precise effect of heel cup height and arch support structure of insole on children’s walking stability. Plantar pressure of fourteen children during walking in insoles with different heights of heel cup and different arch support structures was measured. The relative moving distance (Dxrel, Dyrel), relative moving length (Lxrel, Lyrel) and relative average velocity (Vxrel, Vyrel) of center of pressure trajectory in X direction (medio-lateral direction) and Y direction (anterior-posterior direction) were calculated, so as to evaluate the stability of walking.The results showed that heel cup height and arch support structure had significant influence on the medio-lateral stability during walking; but it indicated a little influence on the anterior-posterior stability. The medio-lateral stability increased with the decrease of heel cup high but the increase of arch support height. An insole with heel cup height between 2-7 mm and arch support height between 1/2-3/4 the height of arch could effectively improve walking stability. Current study provides a scientific reference for the design of functional insoles for children in the future.
