摘要: 5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是现如今重要的精细化工原料,也是一种特殊的制革鞣剂,其制备是生物质领域的研究热点。由单糖至多聚糖,文章综述了5-HMF的制备研究现状,描述了各制备5-HMF方法中所采用的催化剂、溶剂体系及5-HMF的收率。分析比较了这些制备方法的优缺点。可以发现,采用生物质制备高收率的5-HMF具有良好的探索前景。

Abstract: 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) is one important fine chemical raw material and one special tanning agent. The preparation of 5-HMF is a research hotspot in the field of biomass. From monosaccharides to polysaccharides, the paper reviews the current research situation of 5-HMF preparation.And the catalysts, solvent systems and 5-HMF yields were described. The advantages and disadvantages of the preparation methods of 5-HMF were analyzed and compared. It can be concluded that the use of biomass to prepare high yield of 5-HMF has a good prospect for exploration.
