楦与脚的跖围、基宽差值对鞋穿着舒适性的影响研究

Research on The Influence of Difference of Metatarsophalangeal Girth and Feet Width between Last and Foot on Wearing Comfort of Shoes

摘要: 实验设计了不同跖围和基宽的的正装皮鞋,招募了12名足部健康的受试者,对鞋进行试穿,并对鞋的合脚舒适性进行主观和客观评价,得出舒适性的变化规律。主观实验主要通过受试者对试穿过程中的舒适情况进行打分;客观实验通过Novel pedar-X鞋垫采集足前掌部位的峰值压力和冲量两个参数,并进行分析。结果显示:(1)通过主观舒适性评价方法,确定了受试人员脚与楦的跖围和基宽较优差值范围分别为(3.6~5.2)mm 和 (6.3~8.7)mm;(2)峰值压力和冲量两项指标与主观评价结果基本一致,能有效的区分不同鞋款舒适性;(3)结合主客观评价结果,计算得出跖围和基宽的平均差值分别为(4.45±0.49)mm、(7.29±0.72)mm。

Abstract: Experiments designed dress shoes with different metatarsophalangeal girth and feet width. Eight subjects whose feet are healthy were recruited to try on these shoes. Subjective and objective evaluation was made on the comfort of the shoes, and the change rule of comfort was obtained. In terms of subjective evaluation,participates gave scores while wearing the testing shoes directly;whereas,objective experiments were conducted to collect the peak pressure and impulse of the forefoot through novel pedar-X insole system.The results showed that by subjective comfort evaluation method, the optimal difference range of metatarsophalangeal girth and feet width between foot and last was determined to be (3.6-5.2)mm and (6.3-8.7)mm, respectively.The peak pressure and impulse were basically consistent with subjective evaluation results, which could effectively distinguish comfort of different shoes. The combining subjective and objective evaluation results, the average difference of metatarsophalangeal girth and feet width were (4.45±0.49) mm and (7.29±0.72) mm, respectively.
