Abstract: Cloud shoulder art is an elegant and exquisite art work in China's traditional clothing, with various forms and rich themes. This article analyzed its artistic features and cultural connotations through the traditional art of cloud shoulder the design and development.According to the extraction and innovation of traditional cloud shoulder elements, traditional cloud shoulder is established by use of the two aspects of elements in the application of modern fashion female bag design. And the effective design scheme has been produced, for the majority of leather designer to provide the reference.
