汽车内饰革的抗菌耐久性研究

摘要: 以汽车内饰用抗菌PVC革、超纤革、真皮为实验对象,考察自然老化和氙灯老化试验条件下的抗菌耐久性。结果表明,自然老化试验中PVC革和超纤革的抗菌性显著衰减,真皮材料的抗菌性始终优异、仅出现外观发皱硬化现象;而氙灯老化试验未能反映皮革材料的抗菌性衰减特征。

Abstract: This article research on the antibacterial durability of PVC artificial leather, microfiber leather and genuine leather, under natural aging and Xenon-Arc aging test conditions respectively. The results show that in the natural aging test, PVC and microfiber leather reflected a significant antibacterial efficiency decay; while the genuine leather remain excellent antibacterial efficiency with wrinkle and hardening phenomenon; and that the Xenon-Arc aging test does not seem to impact the antibacterial performance.
