四川路黄牛蓝湿革和黄牛鞋面革的组织学特征

The Histological Characteristics of Sichuan Cattle Wet Blue and Cattle Shoe Upper Leather

摘要: 以生物组织学方法分别在黄牛蓝湿革和黄牛鞋面革的不同部位取样,在体视显微镜下观察粒面、肉面组织,在生物显微镜下观察HE染色、威氏染色切片,对比分析不同部位坯革的表面结构和内部特征,为高档黄牛鞋面革的工艺开发和优化提供参考。研究发现:黄牛蓝湿革的粒面平细,颈部毛孔较浅,臀部毛孔较深;乳头层胶原纤维较细且编织紧密,臀部胶原纤维织角较大;弹性纤维呈树枝状分布在乳头层,颈部、腹部弹性纤维较多,臀部、背部较少;与黄牛蓝湿革相比,黄牛鞋面革粒面花纹更加饱满,肉面胶原纤维边界轮廓更清晰,后续的复鞣、填充、加脂工艺减轻了黄牛鞋面革的部位差。

Abstract: Using biological histological method, samples were taken from different parts of the cattle wet blue and cattle shoe upper leather. The grain and the flesh side of leather were observed under stereo microscope, and HE stained and Weiss stained sections were observed under biological microscope. The surface structure and internal characteristics of the leather in different sections and different parts were compared and analyzed to provide reference for the process development and optimization of high-grade cattle leather. The results showed that the grain of leather is fine, the mastoid process is gentle, the pores of the neck are shallow, the pores of the buttock are deep; the collagen fibers of the papillary layer are finer and tightly woven, and the reticular layer accounts for a larger proportion, the strength of the cattle finished leather is greater, and the collagen fibers of the buttock are tightly woven, weave angle is larger; elastic fibers are distributed in the papillary layer in a dendritic manner, with more elastic fibers in the neck and abdomen, but less in the buttock and back; compared with the cattle wet blue leather, the collagen fibers of the cattle finished leather are more dispersed and the content of elastic fibers are less, and the subsequent fatliquoring, retanning, and filling processes reduce the area difference between the four parts of the cattle finished leather.
