意大利皮革制品行业区域协同与品牌价值构建

摘要: 以意大利Gucci、Prada、Ferragamo 3家奢侈品牌企业为例,选择了意大利155家中小皮革制品企业作为研究对象,从研发、制版、试制、备料、制作、整修、质检、包装8个生产流程,分析了意大利中小皮革制品企业与奢侈品牌企业之间合作模式。重点从区域优势资源利用、传统技艺与文化传承等方面,探讨意大利皮革制品行业区域协同与品牌价值构建之间的关系。从弘扬民族技艺与文化、创新设计与工艺技术、提升品牌价值与影响力方面,为我国皮革制品企业的技术与设计人员提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Taking Italian luxury brands such as Gucci, Prada and Ferragamo as examples, 155 Italian small and medium-sized leatherware companies were selected as research objects to analyze the cooperation mode between Italy's small and medium leatherware companies and luxury brand corporations. In the aspects of the eight production processes, it includes R&D, patterning, trial production, stock preparation, production, refurbishment, quality inspection, and packaging. Focusing on the utilization of regional advantageous resources, traditional techniques, and cultural heritage, this paper has explored the relationship between the regional resource endowments in the Italian leatherware industry and brand value constructions. It also provides experience and reference for technology personnel and designers in leatherware enterprises in China. It involves in carrying forward national skills and culture, innovative design and craftsmanship, and enhancing brand value and influence.
